Ordering

Is your entire book range available both online and in-store?

No, there are a few special in-store
attractions that are not online.

How long are your order processing times?

Orders placed before 9am Friday are typically ready for collection between 9am - 10:30am Saturday. Orders placed after the 9am Friday cut-off time are usually ready for collection between 9am - 10:30am the following Saturday. Our online orders are packaged and sent within 4-10 business days.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theindierealmperth@gmail.com with a picture of the product and your order details. These will be dealt with case by case and we will do our best to work towards resolving the issue with no one feeling put out.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, can I exchange it for another/get a refund?

We apologise but we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Once purchased your order is final.

If there was an accident while ordering online, please message with your ordering details and what happened and we will work out the problem.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times within Australia are anywhere from 1 business day to 6 business
days depending on where you live. Not including delays caused by high peak seasons and public holidays.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship within Australia, New Zealand and the US. If you are international, please message us. Please note that only books are available to ship outside of Australia; we do not ship merch outside of Australia at this stage.

Yes, we stock all romance genres of Australia and NZ indie authors.

Is The Indie Realm available as an event venue?
